Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between FlashCat LLC, which runs AttackDesk ("we"), and the company that accepts it from its AttackDesk account ("you"). The account owner accepts it for the company by ticking the box on the Affiliate page, or in the window shown before making a client account from Clients, and confirms they're allowed to. Accepting electronically has the same effect as signing on paper. The AttackDesk terms of service and the AttackDesk license still apply.

You're an independent business. Joining doesn't make you our employee, agent or partner, and you can't make agreements or promises for AttackDesk.

Your link

You get a link like dashboard.attackdesk.com/r/your-name. When someone opens it, we remember the visit in their browser for 60 days. If they create an AttackDesk company within that time, that company is credited to you. If they open another affiliate's link later, the newest link counts.

We can only credit sign-ups we can trace to your link. Blocked or cleared cookies, other devices and sign-ups without your link aren't credited. If you change your link name, the old link stops counting new visits.

What you earn

You earn two kinds of commission on companies credited to your affiliate link, while you and the referred company meet the program requirements. Rates and eligibility may change under the notice process below.

Plans: 30% of eligible plan payments. It applies to the monthly plan fee actually paid, after discounts and before taxes.

Usage: 5% of eligible usage. It applies to what the company is charged for non-AI services, such as calls, texts, phone numbers, email, address lookup, hosting and storage, before taxes. It's counted each day from what the company used that day, while its payments are in good standing. A company doesn't need a monthly plan to earn you usage commission. Funds added in advance earn only when they're spent on eligible usage, so the same money never earns twice.

AI usage, plan fees counted under the plan commission, add-ons, support hours, one-time fees such as texting registration, special agreements and taxes do not earn usage commission.

How you get paid

Every commission goes through two steps. First, it's held by AttackDesk for 30 days. Second, once those 30 days have passed and the payment or usage it was earned on wasn't refunded, disputed or left unpaid, it's sent to your Stripe account.

Connect your existing Stripe account to your AttackDesk account, or create one from the Affiliate page if you don't have one. Connecting gives AttackDesk access to that Stripe account; we use it only to send your earnings and check that the connection works, and you can disconnect at any time.

We send on the 1st of each month, in US dollars, once the commissions that have cleared add up to $50 or more. Smaller amounts carry over. We never send money to your bank; Stripe pays out from your Stripe account on your own Stripe settings. You're responsible for your taxes; Stripe may collect tax information and issue tax forms.

Refunds, disputes and reviews

Nothing is sent before a payment's 30 days are up, or while it's refunded or disputed. If a payment is refunded or disputed after its commission was sent, we take that commission back from your Stripe balance, or from your future earnings if your balance doesn't cover it. The same applies to usage commission when the usage it was counted on is refunded, disputed or never paid.

Some referrals are checked by a person before anything is sent, for example several sign-ups in one day, or a sign-up from the same network or email domain as your team. Commission keeps adding up during a check. We may turn down a referral or pause your link for self-dealing, fraud or a breach of this agreement, and we'll tell you why.

Selling AttackDesk

Sell AttackDesk as AttackDesk. Use its name, don't present it as your own product or under another brand, and don't resell, repackage or relicense it. Describe it accurately: only promise the prices and features we publish.

Say that you earn a commission when you recommend AttackDesk, as advertising laws require. Spam, fake or duplicate accounts, and sign-ups you paid someone to make aren't allowed.

White-label resale of AttackDesk is not currently available. You may contact support@attackdesk.com to ask about future availability. An inquiry does not grant permission to white-label, resell, repackage or relicense AttackDesk. This does not change the permitted customization of a client’s own installation described below.

Working on your clients' AttackDesk

Each company you refer owns its own AttackDesk account, whether it signed up itself or you made the account for it from Clients, and it can add you to its team or remove you at any time.

With the client's permission, you may customize and rebrand the client's copy of the AttackDesk app while the client is on managed services. You may not change or remove the core that connects it to AttackDesk (the account connection, updates, usage and billing, and the managed-service connections), or the terms and legal notices.

The client's app has to keep working with AttackDesk's managed services for you to be paid. If its core is changed, its paid services pause until it's repaired, and commissions from that company aren't sent during that time. They're sent once it's repaired.

Client accounts you make

You can make an account for a client from Clients in your dashboard. You become an owner so you can set it up, and you should invite the client's own owner, because the account belongs to the client. Making a client account means you agree to this agreement.

A client account you make is credited to you like a sign-up through your link once an owner from outside your business and your AttackDesk team has personally joined it (see "What doesn't count"). Until then it earns nothing.

Free companies: each person may have their own company plus five more that aren't paying at any one time, counting their other companies and the client accounts of the agencies they own together. A company counts as paying while it's on a paid monthly plan of $29 or more, from when that month is paid until it ends; or when it had at least $29 of paid usage in each of the last three completed months, or at least $59 of paid usage in the last completed month. Paid usage means usage actually paid for; promotional credit, unused funds, refunds and chargebacks don't count.

When no free spot is left, you can't make or restore another client account that isn't paying until one starts paying or you archive one. Accounts you already have keep working; nothing is deleted or stopped because of this limit.

What doesn't count

You don't earn on your own company, on a company started by anyone on your AttackDesk team (other than a client account you make from Clients, under the rules above), or on payments made with a card saved on any company your people run. Referrals like these are turned down automatically.

To earn commission on a referred company, that company must continuously have at least one owner who is outside your business and your AttackDesk team. That owner must have personally signed in to the referred company's AttackDesk account and accepted AttackDesk's Terms of Service. An invitation alone, or acceptance by you on that person's behalf, does not qualify.

No commission is earned on otherwise eligible payments made while this requirement is unmet. Eligibility for future eligible payments resumes only when a qualifying owner has completed those steps. Adding another owner does not make an otherwise excluded referral or payment eligible. Eligible commissions already earned remain subject to the terms that applied when earned.

Changes and ending

You can leave the program at any time by contacting us. We may change the commission rate, eligible payments, attribution rules, payout terms or other program terms, or end the program, with at least 30 days’ notice by email or in your account. The notice will explain what changes and when they take effect. Changes apply to future qualifying payments on or after that effective date.

When the agreement changes, you will accept the new version before using the affiliate area again. Your link and eligible earnings continue under the applicable terms while acceptance is pending, unless the program ends or your participation is suspended under this agreement. Accepting an update does not waive commissions already earned.

Eligible commissions earned before a change or the end remain payable under the terms that applied when earned, including the existing hold, payout threshold, refund, dispute and fraud rules. A future rate or eligibility change does not reduce those previously earned commissions.
