1. Your order and payment

AttackDesk is provided by FlashCat LLC. Review the download or order summary before authorizing card verification or payment. Amounts are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Creating an account does not require a card. Official software and company-code downloads require card verification using a temporary $49 authorization that we cancel without capturing, as described in section 3. The software download has no purchase price. Checkout separately shows any selected subscription, metered-service authorization, one-time service, deployment charge and applicable tax; card verification alone does not authorize undisclosed charges.

We use Stripe’s card payment interface. This checkout accepts credit and debit cards; bank debit and buy-now-pay-later options are not offered. Payment activates only after confirmation. A payment confirmation is not confirmation that every external service has finished setup.

2. Subscription pricing, offers, and discounts

Your accepted checkout or order sets your subscription price, billing frequency, included benefits, promotional credits, and any additional charges. Your subscription renews at the agreed rate and frequency until you cancel, subject to the price-change rules below. The plan fee is separate from metered usage and optional services unless your offer expressly includes them.

We may introduce, test, increase, reduce, or withdraw prices, discounts, and promotional offers for new subscriptions at any time before purchase, subject to applicable law and any offer we are obligated to honor. Offers may differ between customers, signup channels, campaigns, or testing groups. Your applicable price and material offer terms are disclosed before you authorize payment.

Discount eligibility, duration, renewal price after a discount, and any limits are set out in the offer. A later promotion or lower price does not automatically change an existing subscription or entitle it to a refund, credit, or price match, unless the offer or applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Card verification and pay-as-you-go service

For an official software or company-code download, and when enabling hosted pay-as-you-go service, you add an eligible credit or debit card. Verification asks your bank to authorize $49 temporarily. We cancel the verification authorization promptly without capturing it; it is not a software purchase or added account funds. Your bank may keep the hold pending and reduce your available balance or credit until it clears. Release timing is controlled by your bank. Routine downloads, retries, clone/pull and updates recheck current eligibility without each starting another hold. If a new verification is necessary, we disclose it before requesting authorization. Hosted pay-as-you-go service starts at a $0 subscription price; usage is charged separately under the authorization below.

By separately enabling pay-as-you-go service and accepting its displayed payment authorization, you authorize FlashCat LLC to charge it, without asking each time, for the metered usage your account incurs at the rates shown in your account, and for one-time fees you choose, such as texting setup. Any funds you add in advance, and any promotional credit, are used first. We charge your card when your unbilled usage reaches your account's current charge amount, which starts at $20 and increases as your account builds a payment history, and at the end of each month for any smaller amount. Your account shows the current charge amount and your unbilled usage. Charges appear on your statement as ATTACKDESK.

You can turn on prepaid only in your account. Then new paid usage stops when your balance runs out instead of being charged to your card, until you add funds or turn it off. Usage already incurred, including usage in progress when you turn it on, remains payable and is charged to your card.

Texting setup costs $27 for low-volume and sole-proprietor registration, or $69 for standard registration. You are charged an application fee only for an application for which a carrier or registration provider charges AttackDesk. The disclosed fee covers carrier registration and our rush processing. If we incur that provider charge, we do not refund the application fee merely because we cannot complete submission or the application is rejected, subject to section 8 and your mandatory legal rights. If no provider charge is incurred, we do not charge an application fee and refund any application fee collected in advance. Corrections and resubmissions that do not create a new provider charge carry no additional application fee. If a resubmission will incur a new provider charge, we disclose any additional fee and obtain your authorization before proceeding.

If a charge fails, we tell you and try again. You can update your card at any time in your account. While a charge is failing, new paid usage stops; storage and number rental already in place keep accruing. Paid services such as calling, texting and email stay paused if the amount is still unpaid 7 days after the failed charge. Your hosted app and your data are not deleted because of a failed charge. Usage already incurred remains payable.

You can cancel hosted service in your account settings, or email support@attackdesk.com to have your card removed. Cancellation stops future paid service; it does not waive amounts already incurred. Your account must be brought up to date, including pending or unbilled charges and usage already in progress when you cancel. Those amounts remain payable even if they settle after cancellation or your card is removed. You can cancel future service while a balance remains outstanding.

4. Added funds, credits and measured usage

Your account balance (funds you add in dollars, and any promotional credit) pays for enabled, metered services at the rates shown in your account, such as calls, texts, email, AI, and any enabled hosting, database, or storage usage. Purchased and promotional credits are recorded in your account balance. Any welcome credit and its conditions are described in your accepted offer. The current wallet is shared across enabled metered services.

Adding funds is a separate, one-time purchase and does not set up automatic top-ups. A subscription fee does not refill your balance unless your accepted offer expressly includes a recurring allowance. Hosted pay-as-you-go usage is charged to your card as described in section 3.

Usage units differ: a text longer than one message is billed as a picture message, calls can involve multiple legs or minimum increments, and AI may meter input, output, or other processing. Provider, number rental, registration, carrier and storage costs may apply where disclosed. A request can incur a provider charge without producing a successful delivery or desired result.

Credits are service credits, not a bank deposit, investment, transferable currency, or cash equivalent. Promotional credits are granted once per eligible offer and have no cash redemption value. No automatic expiry is currently applied to purchased credits on an open account. Account closure and refunds are addressed below; any mandatory legal rights remain.

5. Setup, availability, and backups

Complete the setup steps for the services you choose. Calling, texting, email, DNS, hosting, and other integrations can require information, configuration, verification, provider approval, and usage balance. Carrier and provider approval or delivery is not guaranteed. Do not buy an unavailable feature based solely on a demo or roadmap.

Database hosting, backup retention, code sync, and recovery are included only as specified in your actual order and enabled configuration. A quoted retention window is not a guarantee of uninterrupted backups, complete recovery, or coverage of customer-hosted resources. There is no SLA unless separately agreed in writing.

Publishing to AttackDesk hosting requires an eligible card-backed account and a separately disclosed per-deployment charge. The confirmation must identify the company, environment, rate and event that incurs the fee, and how failures and retries are treated. Do not assume that local edits, branch creation or a failed or retried request authorize an additional fee. Hosting, storage and other metered services are separate unless expressly included in the offer.

6. Price protection, later changes, and seats

For an existing subscriber who keeps the same plan continuously active, we will not impose a discretionary increase to the base subscription rate agreed at signup for at least 12 months from the first paid activation of that plan, or longer if the accepted offer provides. This price protection does not require a 12-month commitment; you can still cancel under the cancellation terms.

A temporary discount may end on the date agreed at checkout, with billing then returning to the base rate disclosed and accepted there. That agreed schedule is not a discretionary price increase. We may also offer discounts to existing subscribers; accepting a temporary discount does not remove the remaining protection on their agreed base rate.

After the protected period, we may raise or lower the subscription rate for future renewals. We will provide any advance notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law, together with a way to cancel before an increase takes effect. The protected period ending does not itself change your price.

The included seat allowance is specified in your offer and may be up to 30 seats. Additional seats carry a separate recurring fee at the rate disclosed before you add them. Your accepted checkout or plan change shows the charges and when they begin.

Base-rate protection does not freeze usage rates, taxes, or separately purchased seats, add-ons, and services. Your bill can change when your usage or authorized purchases change. A voluntary plan change or re-subscription is subject to the new offer you accept. Other fee changes remain subject to applicable disclosure, notice, and consent requirements; previously incurred usage is not repriced retroactively.

7. Canceling renewal

An authorized account administrator can stop future renewals in account Settings. If you cannot access that control, email support@attackdesk.com with your account email and company name. We may verify your authority. You do not need to buy another service or accept a retention offer to cancel.

Cancellation of renewal does not by itself refund prior charges, undo delivered work, or delete an account. Your cancellation confirmation should identify the last paid service date and any applicable data-export window. Export important information before a hosted service ends. Cancellation does not revoke rights you retain under a valid downloadable-software license.

8. Refunds, mistakes, and disputes

Except where law or a specific written offer requires otherwise, fees for completed subscription periods, consumed usage, completed work, and incurred nonrecoverable provider costs are not refundable. We do not promise a money-back guarantee or an automatic prorated refund.

Contact support@attackdesk.com promptly about a duplicate charge, suspected unauthorized payment, a purchase error, an unused credit balance when closing an account, or a service we could not supply. Include the account email and order reference, never a full card number. We review the circumstances and applicable rights rather than treating every request as automatically approved or refused.

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Associated unused credits or access can be adjusted to avoid double recovery. This policy does not waive rights to dispute an unauthorized charge or obtain remedies required by law.

9. Optional work and support

Implementation, consulting, migrations, and security reviews are separate purchases with an agreed scope. Support hours require an approved estimate before work begins; work beyond the approved budget needs further approval. Scheduling depends on availability and information or access you provide.

A security review is limited to its agreed scope and is not a certification or promise that every vulnerability will be found. Timing shown as an estimate is not a guaranteed completion or response deadline. Cancellation or rescheduling terms for a booked service are disclosed with that service.

10. Insufficient funds, abuse, and closure

Managed services may be restricted for a failed subscription or usage payment, insufficient usage balance, fraud, abuse, legal obligations, or provider restrictions. Usage already incurred remains payable. We do not guarantee a balance display or spending estimate will prevent all delayed, in-flight, or separately contracted provider charges.

Account closure, deletion requests, number release, and domain transfer can require separate steps. Tell us what you want to keep or transfer before closing the account. We retain transaction and other records as described in the privacy policy and applicable law. Numbers or resources released to a provider may not be recoverable.

This policy works with the terms of service, the applicable order, and any mandatory legal rights. Questions: support@attackdesk.com.
