Affiliate program

How it works

1. Open Affiliate in your dashboard, and accept the affiliate agreement for your company.
2. Share your link, like dashboard.attackdesk.com/r/your-name. A visit is remembered in that browser for 60 days. If the business opens another affiliate's link later, the newest link counts.
3. Connect your Stripe account on the Affiliate page, or create one there, so we can send what you earn.
4. Or make an account for a client yourself, from Clients. See Client accounts.

What you earn

• Not counted: AI usage, add-ons, support hours, one-time fees such as texting registration, special agreements and taxes.
• Funds a company adds in advance earn only when they're spent, so the same money never earns twice.
• You earn while you and the company meet the program's requirements and its payments are in good standing.

How you get paid

1. Each commission is held for 30 days.
2. If the payment or usage it came from wasn't refunded, disputed or left unpaid, it's sent to your Stripe account.
3. We send on the 1st of each month, in US dollars, once your cleared commissions reach $50. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.

• Stripe pays out to your bank on your own Stripe settings. We never send money to your bank directly.
• You're responsible for your taxes. Stripe may collect tax details and send tax forms.
• If a payment is refunded or disputed after its commission was sent, we take that commission back from your Stripe balance, or from your future earnings.
• Some referrals are checked by a person first, such as several sign-ups in one day. Commission keeps adding up during a check.

Client accounts

• Make an account for a client from Clients. You become an owner so you can set it up. Invite the client's own owner too, because the account belongs to the client.
• It earns you commission once an owner from outside your business and your AttackDesk team has personally joined it and accepted the Terms.
• A plan first: to make client accounts, your company must be on a monthly plan of $29 or more. Our older monthly plan counts; paid usage alone doesn't. See Monthly plans.
• Five free spots: each person can have their own company plus five more that aren't paying, at any one time, counting the client accounts of agencies they own with others. A company counts as paying while it's on a plan of $29 or more, or when it had at least $29 of paid usage in each of the last three completed months, or at least $59 in the last completed month.
• When no free spot is left, you can't make another client account that isn't paying until one starts paying or you archive one. Accounts you already have keep working.
• With the client's permission, you may customize and rebrand the client's app while it's on managed services. Don't change its core: the connection to AttackDesk, updates, usage and billing, and the terms and legal notices. If the core is changed, its paid services pause until it's repaired.

What doesn't count

• Your own company.
• Companies started by anyone on your AttackDesk team, other than client accounts you make from Clients.
• Payments made with a card saved on any company your people run.
• A company without an owner from outside your business and team who personally signed in and accepted the Terms. An invitation alone, or accepting for them, doesn't count.

Selling AttackDesk

• Sell it as AttackDesk, under its own name, and only promise the prices and features we publish.
• Say that you earn a commission when you recommend AttackDesk, as advertising laws require.
• No spam, no fake or duplicate accounts, and no paying people to sign up.
• White-label resale isn't available.

Changes

We may change the rates or rules with at least 30 days' notice, by email or in your account. Commissions already earned stay under the terms that applied when they were earned.
