Monthly plans
Pay as you go costs nothing a month. A monthly plan of $29, $79, $197 or $329 lowers the price of everything you use.
What a plan is
- A monthly fee that lowers every price on the Rates page: texts, calls, phone numbers, email, address lookup, hosting, storage and AI worker boxes.
- Nothing is included. You still pay for what you use, at the plan's lower prices, so a plan pays for itself once you use enough.
- AI model prices are the same on every plan.
- Bigger plans also let more AI worker boxes run at once.

An example month
A business that uses 5,000 texts, 1,000 call minutes, 2 local phone numbers, 20,000 emails in a month pays:

Bigger months favor bigger plans. Your dashboard's calculator, under Rates, prices your own month on every plan.
Moving up or down
- Choose a plan on your dashboard's Plans page. It's charged to your card for a month, up front.
- Moving up starts right away. The new plan's month is charged, and the unused part of your old plan comes back to you as credit.
- Moving down, or back to pay as you go, starts when the month you've paid for ends. You keep your current prices until then.
Renewing and stopping
- A plan renews itself each month, on the same day it started.
- If the renewal charge is declined, your company goes back to pay as you go.
- To stop a plan, choose Pay as you go on the Plans page. The plan runs until the month you've paid for ends.
Client accounts
To make accounts for clients, your company must be on a monthly plan of $29 or more. Our older monthly plan counts too; paid usage alone doesn't. See Affiliate program.
Price changes
- We tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your account, by email and in your dashboard, and you can cancel before it does.
- A price that's wrong because of an error, such as a bug or a miscalculation, can be corrected right away. Charges already made stay as billed, and if an error made us charge you too much, we refund the difference.
